AMYGDALA is the Psychedelic Trance Project of C Hackmack. Born and raised in the countryside of Austria his first musical passion was trance, which he played along to on bongos ever fascinated by the groove and bite of electronic music. 

Nevertheless he soon got addicted to heavy metal and by the age of 16 he got his first electric guitar which from there on should be his most beloved instrument and passion. The next years were one big musical journey, playing and practising for hours and hours  taking in influences from the true psychedelic masters such as Jimi Hendrix and Pink Floyd.

After having moved to Vienna, he more or less stumbled into his first psy trance party which should become a live changing experience and determin everything that d come ever after. Inspired by the power and groove of Psytrance he formed his first psychedelic Bandproject called Triptonus, whith whom he released 2 Albums and toured many times threw Europe.

After 3 years of living in the psychedelic Rock scene of Vienna, he moved to Berlin where learned the art of synthesis and Psytrance production by Parandroid, createt his first tracks and launched Amygdala.

Amygdala stands for psychedelic hi tech, that takes influences not only from Kindzadza and Furious, but creates a  hybrid of all the melodies, influences and styles he came across during his journey, being it hendrix like guitar solos, jazzy melodies, or dreamy pianos.

In June 2015 Amygdala will play his world debut on the Masters of Puppets Open Air in Hungary, and from there on ll be blasting parties in as many places as possible,as well as release a first EP!
