This one sounds more like it than the other one and less at the same time. I think 8/8 (2-3-3).

Some guitar samples turned into shitty pad-like reverb.

blink 182's I miss you but sorta shoegaze-y and very very very slow and I got the lyrics wrong. This is from a few years ago. 2020, I think.
