Workshop - Acceptance

Ana Johnson, Ph.D., is a public health expert and writer. Through her writing and poetry, she invokes the essence of humanity in attaining individual authenticity. She gives workshops on mindfulness, touching on stories and mythology, while bringing in scientific evidence from the literature, addressing various human emotions in search for happiness. She draws from Western writers, such as Carl Jung, Tara Brach, Jeff Foster, and poets, including Dante, Shakespeare, Yates, among others.
