Started in 2020, our Textures mix series promised to bring an alternation of deep and hypnotic selections to a UK capital that did not have much room for these slower BPMs. Two years later, after organising a few events and seeing other initiatives florishing in the city, we're reassured that there is a future for the deep sound in London.

After 100 episodes and after welcoming as many wonderful artists from around the world, our co-founder Labyrinthine closes the dance of this first chapter. We shall be back for more.

Medha spielte zum letzten quartal. Showcase ein unglaubliches closing im Sektor Evolution.
Nach diesem Set mussten wir unbedingt ihren Sound in unsere Podcast-Serie aufnehmen. Jetzt freuen wir uns, Medha neben anderen großartigen Künstlern auf unserer Plattform zu sehen.
Wir hoffen, dass euch dieses Set genauso viel Freude bereitet wie uns.

Hier noch ein paar Informationen zu ihrer Person


Medha ist eine in Leipzig lebende Dj und organisiert selbst Veranstaltungen als Mitglied des PVC 
Kollektivs. Zudem ist sie seit 2021 Co-host der bekannten Eventreihe Aequalis im Ifz. Ihre Leidenschaft für 
technoide Musik ist geprägt von ihrer ständigen Suche nach Inspiration und neuen Tracks, die sie mit 
einer Mischung aus Intuition und Überlegung in ihren Mixen zusammenführt. Geprägt von der Berliner und 
Leipziger Kultur- und Clubszene hat sie ihre eigene Art entwickelt, ihre Leidenschaft auszudrücken. Ihr 
Sound ist geprägt von prägnanten Basslines und raueren Elementen einerseits, aber auch von tiefen und 
treibenden Rhythmen und repetitiven Sounds. In letzter Zeit hat sie unter anderem in Clubs wie im Tresor 
Berlin, Ifz Leipzig oder Siroccoclub in Madrid gespielt.

Here's a little bit more about her.


Medha is a Leipzig based Dj and promoter as a member of the PVC collective. Since the end of 2021 
she is the co-host of the well-known event series aequalis at Ifz. Her passion for technoid music is 
shaped by her constant search for inspiration and new tracks, which she brings together in her mixes with 
a mixture of intuition and thought. Influenced by the Berlin and Leipzig culture and club scene, she has 
developed her own way of expressing her passion. Her sound is characterised by concise basslines and 
rougher elements on the one hand, but also by deep and driving rhythms and repetitive sounds. 
Recently, she has played in clubs such as Tresor Berlin, Ifz Leipzig or Sirococlub Madrid.

Smansky, DJ, vinyl collector from Łódź City, Poland.
For over 20 years he has been participating in the club scene in Łódź, has decided to vent his passion. Raised on Old School, Jungle, D'n'B, tapes recorded from the radio and VHS tapes from electronic music TV programs from Viva, Viva Zwei, MTV. Then he fell in love with electronics like Autechre, Aphex Twin, Vladislav Delay, The Black Dog, Monolake, Plastikman, and Jeff Mills. Currently, he draws inspiration from sets of artists like Donato Dozzy, Neel, Dasha Rush, Takaaki Itoh, Marco Shuttle, Mary Yuzovskaya, Shifted, Abdulla Rashim. He loves techno in the style of hypnotic, deep, broken beats, offbeat, abstract, ambient. He tries to include his love for rhythm and percussion in his sets, he tries not to follow trends and draws from various trends and eras of electronic music. Currently wants to improve a skills playing from vinyls.
