Ako nazvať moju ďalšiu novú skladbu? Tentokrát som si túto otázku vôbec nepoložil, pretože …:

Na niekoľko mesiacov som sa odmlčal od viacerých vecí, cieľov, povinností a ďalších záujmov, nakoľko prežívam program #ZAZIULTRA. Ide o program, ktorý pripravý nováčikov odbehnúť svoj prvý horský ultramaratón (konkrétne Stefanik Trail - 145 km / www.stefaniktrail.sk) Ďakujem veľmi pekne Martin Urbaník a Martin Horniak, že môžem byť súčasťou!

Kvôli tomu som odsunul aj moju dlhoročnú obľúbenú činnosť a to hudobnú produkciu. Vzhľadom k tomu, že mi to veľmi chýbalo, tak som vždy, keď som mal čo i len 5 minút voľna produkoval. Po necelých piatich mesiacoch je tu skladba, ktorú nemôžem nazvať inak ako #ZAZIULTRA! Všetky tie jednotlivé pasáže vznikali po rôznych náročných tréningoch. 

Každý jeden deň je pre mňa veľmi silný, pretože za takú krátku dobu som prežil veľa zaujímavých dní, počas ktorých sa učím kopu nových vecí. Nejde len o beh a fyzickú prípravu, ale aj o mentálnu a hlavne spoznávam rýchlym tempom svoje telo a samého seba. Je veľa vecí, ktoré by som tu rád spomenul a tak verím, že budem môcť o pár mesiacov pokračovať v produkovaní skladby s názvom “ULTRA”, alebo niečo podobné :) a následne posúvať moje skúsenosti s týmto programom a prežívaním toho celého. 

Rád by som ešte  spomenul, že pred týmto odhodlaním do niečoho podobného vstúpiť, som si zaobstaral knihu Beh ťa zmení (Angelika Kutišová), ktorú mám stále položenú na stole a niekoľko krát za deň si tento nadpis prečítam. Až teraz si uvedomujem význam toho názvu, aký je pravdivý a že je to ten najvystížnejší nadpis knihy aký môže byť! 

Tak držte palce do nasledujúcich mesiacov a na deň D! :)

How to name my next new song? This time I haven't asked myself this question at all, because…:

For a few months I have taken a break from a number of things, goals, obligations and other interests as I am experiencing the #ZAZIULTRA program. This program prepares newcomers to run their first mountain ultramarathon, specifically Stefanik Trail – 145 kilometres (www.stefaniktrail.sk). I would like to thank very much to Martin Urbaník and Martin Horniak that I can be a part of this program!

For this reason, I have also moved aside my long-standing pastime, which is music production. Since I missed it very much, I always produced music even if I had only 5 minutes of free time. After a little less than five months, here is a track I can't call anything other than #ZAZIULTRA! All the individual passages were created after various demanding trainings.

Every single day is very intense for me, because in such a short time I am going through a lot of interesting days during which I am learning a lot of new things. It is not only about running and physical training, but also about mental preparation and, above all, I am getting to know my body and myself at a rapid pace. There are a lot of things that I would like to mention here, so I believe that it will be possible for me to continue in producing a track called “ULTRA” or something similar in a few months :), and afterwards to share my experience with this program and with experiencing of this all.

I would also like to mention that before taking up something like this, I had bought the book Running will change you written by Angelika Kutišová. This book is still on my table, and I read its title several times a day. Only now do I realize the real meaning of this title as true it is and that it is the most accurate title of the book it can be!

So, keep your fingers crossed for the coming months and for the D-Day! :)
