The Lady Machine is a veteran Brazilian artist with 20 years of experience on
her belt purely as a vinyl DJ. Based on a more complex structure of rhythms
with dark underground lines of synths and textures, The Lady Machine
incorporates the spirit of techno in the twenty first century.

She stands by a deep musical research and precise technique. Her versatile
sets blend genres of techno in its many forms and when combined with her
fast, furious but tight mixing it creates a perfect atmosphere with the
dancefloor.

Over the past few years, she has cemented her name in the Berlin community through her residency at the highly-rated event Pornceptual and playing at the cities best venues. She was at the forefront of the underground electronic scene
in Brazil, before relocating to Europe and her skills have taken her around the globe over the past two decades including Asia, North America, Latin America and
numerous tours of Europe with club and festival performances across the
continent.

Since 2019, she is running her record label Unterwegs and has started to build up a strong discography of her own productions also across other labels. Her tracks have been supported by acts such as Ben Sims, Dave Clarke, Freddy K, Setaoc
Mass and many others.

Ribé nació y creció en la sierra de Madrid, en un entorno alejado de la gran urbe, rodeado de naturaleza, observando la ciudad desde las alturas bajo la luz de un manto de estrellas. 

Le encanta encerrarse en el estudio, sumirse en el caos para encontrar el equilibrio. Para eso utiliza su propio método de trabajo. Primero elige los sintetizadores, graba sin restricciones todo lo que va surgiendo, más tarde edita, secuencia y por último termina la faena mezclando. Sus 20 años trabajando con Protools, le ha transformado en un experto en la edición de audio, aprovechando y exprimiendo cada audio grabado al máximo. 

Gracias a esta disciplina Ribé ha logrado trabajos de una calidad incuestionable como Acute EP - Aine (Polegroup sub label), Harmonic Rain Ep + Tested Signal LP (Nonplus records) , Palette Ep (Warm up), Las Noches LP (Polegroup), Order in Chaos LP (Axis), Nom de Plume EP (Faut Section), Klockworks 035 - Con Roll Dann, El Camino EP (Semantica), La penumbra EP (Polegroup) y La Tempestad EP (Eartoground). Además ha colaborado con sellos como Hayes, Token, Mord, Tremsix, Non Series…

Aunque una de sus pasiones sea la producción, cuando Ribé se sube a una cabina demuestra todo su potencial. Su actitud, su ecualización, su empatía frente a la mesa de mezclas o realizando un live, le ha llevado a recorrer medio mundo siendo protagonista en clubs y festivales. Aquasella Festival(SP), Uptodate Festival (Polonia), Tresor(Berlin), RSO(Berlin), Tama(Polonia), Mondo(Madrid), Utopía(Madrid), Khidi(Georgia), Melkweg(Amsterdam), Lanna(Gijon), Garage y Razzmatazz(BCN), Metro Dance Club(Alicante), Family Club(Toledo) o Prisma(Sevilla) son algunos de los espacios donde Ribé ha dejado su marca.

El pasado año Ribé ha participado en los Showcase de Polegroup, eventos que han encandilado a los amantes de techno y que han sido alabados por la crítica especializada. Además de sus releases en Pole, ha conseguido un sueño que llevaba persiguiendo desde hace más de una década: publicar en Klockworks. 

Se podría asegurar que Ribé es techno puro, aunque hoy en día la definición de techno es un poco ambigua, Ribé sigue fiel a su sentimiento, a las raíces de este sonido.

Born in northern Spain and now based in Berlin, Leiras is a DJ and producer who has spent the past decade shaping his sound across multiple aliases and imprints. As the founder of Ownlife, he’s built a platform dedicated to techno's mental and experimental edges, while also advocating likeminded artists through both new releases and reissues via his ‘SELD’ series.

A dedicated student of rhythm and sound design, Leiras brings a sharp sense of intention to everything he does—paying homage to the foundations of techno while always searching for new ground. His sound builds slowly, using looping patterns and subtle shifts to lock you in—less about big drops, more about staying in the zone.
