Freddie was able to work with local musician/producer Gyrefunk and add some acoustic touches to some of his production. So its been just over a year since Jewbei Does Price, and heres the new instalment of the Jewbei Does series. It takes me over a year to make 3 tracks... I need to sort my life out. 

This time I've remixed 3 tracks from Med & Blu's new collaboration. I don't know why I decided to try and remix Madlib beats... its too hard. 

Well anyway, hopefully you enjoy and as always the instrumentals are included only with the Bandcamp download! 

PS. I know the hook on Burgundy Whip is out of tune with the beat, I can't make beats for singing... Im just not that good.

MPM welcomes Melodiesinfonie! "Be Thankful" is the second album by the Swiss producer and musician, who first stepped onto the scene via his EPs on Soulection. A son of a dedicated jazz fan, Melodiessinfonie grows up surrounded by his dad's audiophile record collection. He becomes a drummer and plays in a couple of experimental psych rock bands. 20 years later, he is one of todsays most promising and challenging producers. Jazz is definitley the teacher, when it comes to Melodiesinfonie's music and without Dilla he would sound different as well. Which can be said about many beatmakers but doesn't do justice to Melodiesinfonie. He is a free spirit who creates his music unaffected from the boundaries of musical genres and business policies. Musicality, vision and spirituality are the cornerstones on which "Be Thankful" is build. The album features musical friends like Marla, Miles Bonny, Djemeia, Anja Joie, Christian Crow, Nothoya and Wodoo Wolcan. It is also the first kollabo between MPM and Boyoom Connective, the artist collective founded by Meldiesinfonie and Maloon The Boom.

QSTN (“QUESTION”) is a Southern California beatmaker and DJ. Drawing from his extensive vinyl collection, QSTN fuses obscure funk, soul, and jazz breaks with heavy beats and live instrumentation, crafting a sound that pays homage to the golden era of hip hop.
