I think your use of the word "frantically" to describe Chinese tech companies' rush to issue IPOs in 2019 is appropriate/accurate. Once Brexit is finalized, the EU will look east toward Russia to stave China's undeniable dominance in that hemisphere. The remaining U.S. capitalists who have waited patiently (since WWII) to realize Halford Mackinder's *heartland theory, will finally relocate permanently to Afghanistan--thanks to the 20 years of occupation by U.S. military and private contractors, and 40 years of deal-making with the Mujaheddin and Taliban. England is OUT; the U.S. is BANKRUPT; and, the new stakes are now in AFRO-EURASIA. Advantage: CHINA.

Now again, we're talking about participation because what we're seeing is that 30% of the highest spending customers who we call high-value users (HVUs) - they make up over 70% of the digital economies' transaction value. So 30% Are leading to 70% of the digital economy. We want to make sure that we don't leave users behind and we continue to drive growth and drive their participation. So we need to make sure that we are not ignoring this very important group that presents a 1.9x growth opportunity of that of high-value users.
