Montreal's Atroxx returns to Kraftek after a long hiatus with two collaborative-driven efforts. The first featuring Kraftek's own Pleasurekraft combines the chunky rhythmic canvas inherent in all Atroxx records upon which an infectious hook and vocal interplay for a proper dancefloor pleaser. The second track, featuring vocalist Jessica Zese, whose voice has graced the productions of Booka Shade and Moby, is a moody and darker number, but still packs peak-time punch. „Punchline“ starts with enormous 808 kick-drum, grooved by pumped up 909 toms and surrounded by a mechanical atmosphere. In the first break the piece explains how it got it's name. The old school 90’s hip hop punchline by the legendary Big Daddy Kane prepares the listener for the first drop in the coolest way possible. After the drop the first musical theme is filtered in. The classic 90’s house stabs immediately and fits perfectly into the groove pattern. The whole thing is dramatically supported by different drum elements until surprisingly all elements are replaced by a siren that takes no prisoners on the dance-floor. The punchline supports all the elements throughout the track and leads the listener into the final breakdown, which starts a bit more silent and elevates into an explosive drop where the stabs shows the tracks full potential.

Patrik Berg returns to his exzess label with the next cut „Reminder“. The minimalistic piece comes along with a huge and hypnotic male vocal which surrounds and captivates the listener.
Solid saturated big room drums bring the right groove and a sonar like blip sound supports the warehouse rave hypnosis.
On the zenith of the track the listener is surprised with a distorted rave bar that mobilizes the energy reserves of each raver - while the vocal remind the listener with a deep voice to remember.

Radio Slave’s momentous ‘Another Club’ receives two thumping remixes from SRVD and Charlotte de Witte.

‘Another Club’ was the 100th release on Rekids and dropped as the label celebrated a milestone ten years. It unquestionably became one of Techno’s biggest tracks ever made. Two years later, the landmark production receives outstanding remixes from two of the genre’s most salient artists: NovaMute producer Charlotte de Witte, who’s just collaborated with Chris Liebing on her newly launched KNTXT imprint, as well as the ever-impressive Patrick Mason and Radio Slave who team up again as SRVD.

Charlotte de Witte’s remix of ‘Another Club’ marches forward with pounding 909 style kicks, hooking acid hits, fleeting voice samples and haunting pads. SRVD’s remix then uses the vocals as stabs, adding tension with rave inspired synths, buzzing keys and splashing cymbals, while locking it all together with thundering drums and sub frequency rumbles.
