I GOT YOU

 Anastasia A is a high-energy pop-dance act. Her sweet, sultry vocals and her strong connection with her fans make her a fresh face in the Canadian music market.

Anastasia's first recording venture began in collaboration with JUNO nominated pop band STEREOS (Universal). While submitting to X-Factor and working with various publishing companies, Anastasia independently released her first single, "Kiss & Tell" through Universal.

Primarily a songwriter, Anastasia got her start through Producer Jazz Feezy (Devon Tracey, JRDN, and JOJO) of Boi-1da Productions (Drake, Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, Eminem, Tyga, Chris Brown, Busta Rymes, The Game, T-Pain). She co-wrote with Derek Brin (Massari, Keisha Chante, Ne-Yo, Dan Hill) with the support of Vince Degiorgio (former VP of A&R at RCA Records in New York (BMG). She collaborated internationally with pop writer/ producer Francesco De Santi (Gabesco Publishing- Italy) that lead her to a Rob Davis (Kylie Manogue) placement on her debut EP, Something Inside You. 

In May of 2012, Anastasia won Toronto International Music Summit's BEST POP ACT contest partnered with ReverbNation. Earlier that year, she was among the top 1O artists in EMI’s national talent search (MO Artist), which later lead her to establish her first publishing deal. She was also named “most talked about” upcoming artist by sponsors Hot 89.99 during the 2012 Juno awards in Ottawa.

Her dedication and drive has given her the opportunity to meet with artists such as DIPLO, Skrillex, Steve Aoki, Deadmau5, IVICII, Steve Angelo & Nicky Romero. Anastasia partnered up with dance label PBR recordings.  The outcome was five remixes of her single “Kiss & Tell”, released on Beatport.

Anastasia has had the pleasure of opening and performing next to artists such as Shawn Desmond, This Kids Wear Crowns, Tyler Shaw, Neverest, 4Count, Rebel Coast, Justin Nozuka, A-Game, Three Days Grace, By Starlight, Finger Eleven, The Trews, Catey Shaw, SUBLIME, Scotty James and Tokyo Police Club. Anastasia’s recent performances include, Faze Magazine’s Power Up Concert at the Opera House, Hockey Fest, Canadian Music Week 2012 and 2014, headlined the Toronto Fashion Incubators 25th Anniversary at the Royal Ontario Museum, ReelWorld Film Festival during Much Fact Night, Legendary Hard Rock Cafe (Toronto International Music Summit) and most recently her performance at Free the Children’s WE DAY stadium tour. She was one of the selected artists for Family Channel’s anti bullying campaign (STAND UP!) where she recorded a song alongside artists such as Victoria Duffield, Tyler Medeiros and other Disney stars.
