The Disintegration of a Pop Combo, Chapter Three: 

Anatemno 
1992-1994 

When the fire-spitting dragon Rorschach had let off all the steam, fire, shit, rats and monkeys running through its system, all that was left was a tiny fire-devouring salamander named Anatemno. This final outfit of the Sandyfjordian Caper was run by Klaveness and Sanengen and boasted a Mr. Larsen and a Miss Wexelsen as rather regular contributors. And a wacky bunch of blubberheads were they. They recorded for a year or two, did some deranged live shows, contributed to the dBut CD-release Ur-rauten, released an album-length tape and shut their traps. 

Although they called it quits in 1994 as an orchestra, the Anatemno-project was never officially terminated. At the end of the century it re-surfaced as the online venture anatemno.org which is still there for everyone to see, and hear. 

Larsen and Klaveness went on to start Bogus Blimp. And when the air went out of the Blimp, Larsen went on to further avian adventures with Flying Edward aka Det är jag som är döden aka DU. Wexelsen made a trip to the theater. Klaveness jumped off to reappear many years later in a sweet little combo named Melodar and than again in some orchestra with a name too long to mention. And Mr. Sanengen? He disappeared into the silence to which this tree-staged descent unequivocally points, not to emerge until the dawn of the following century, now a full-fledged <a href="http://soundcloud.com/danny-midnight/sets/incomprehensible/">orchestra of his own</a>.
