This was designed for a yoga class that was taught in 2015 by Jessica Annand at the Stewart Mineral Springs Retreat Center near Mt. Shasta, California. It was featured in the @healing-temple series in 2016.

'Arihkar' means "to jump into the water' in the Karuk language, spoken in the Northern California region.

Aho ihr lieben Lichtwesen :)

Ich habe mich dazu entschieden, meine etwas experimentelle Tanzreise vom "Tanz der heiligen Regenbogenschlange" mit euch teilen :)

Dabei haben wir uns durch die Elemente in der Reihenfolge Luft, Feuer, Wasser, Erde, Äther nach dem nordamerikanischen Medizinrad bewegt.
Meine Ansagen zu den einzelnen Element-Wechseln habe ich in der Audio gelassen, damit ihr auch beim erneuten Tanzen wisst, wann ein neues Element einsetzt. 

Nach dem nordamerikanischen Medizinrad erschafft der große Geist Materie aus sich selbst heraus, indem er sich der Kraft der Elemente bedient:

Luft ist der erste Impuls oder Gedanke, der auftaucht, die Richtung, die vorgegeben wird.
Feuer ist die Kraft der Transformation des Impulses ins Außen.
Wasser ist die Kreativität und das Talent bzw. der Flow, mit welchem der Impuls ins Außen gebracht wird.
Erde ist schließlich die materielle Manifestation des Impulses.
Der Äther taucht so in der Erd-Medizin nicht auf, ist hier aber als die erlösende Ruhe nach Vollendung des Werkes zu verstehen.

Die Art und Weise, wie der große Geist erschafft, spiegelt sich im kleinen auch in uns Menschen wieder.
Diese Tanzreise soll eine Anregung zum Erkennen unserer schöpferischen Kräfte und Fähigkeiten sein.

Mammad has had a very deep and powerful connection to music from a very early age. Discovering the beauty and uniting powers it brings and also the healing.

Mammad’s artistic expression is an ever growing & always evolving process Starting with Djing, then with a pure intention of wanting to channel music from within which led Mammad onto a 5 year journey of continued schooling with some of the best Master Drummers around. 

Later, discovering the love for dance and exploring traditional forms of drum & dance found in Ghanian and Malinke traditional music.  This is where the relationship between Drummer and dancer where best understood and amplified along with the abilities to do polyrhythmic movements with the body as a form of expression. 

within the past 2 years Mammad has been opening up his voice more with an intention to share the sacred teachings from the rainbow reality way of life, and to channel divine cosmic verbalizations which flow through this situation the rainbow reality along with extensive use of psychedelic medicine which has forever transformed Mammad into a cosmic being of love and light here to unite shinning so bright, bringing music to unite. 

With full heart and devotion to music Monation’s artistic expression is channelling the inner divinity and divine cosmic extraterrestrial light! 

Monation’s Dedication to ancient study of Trancedental music started in the fall of 2010 after he first got introduced to drum circle culture in that summer. From the fall of that year he started what is now a life long journey into studying with Many generes of percussion world music with an intention to bring it all together to create a unique sound that resonates to all people and beyond.

Monation’s dedication to the DJing Arts began as early as early as 2009 and took many turns and progressions to get to where it @ now..a Deep love for spinning and performing Psychedelic World Fusion Music, Psychedelic Sound Healing music, Deep Shamanic Tribal Percussions, Deep Psychedelic Eastern House Music, Deep & Tech House Music. 

Mammadness journey has been the intergalactic cosmic sensation of Psytrance Music Manifestation in this intergalactic shamanic sound journey..creating magical portals for all to elevate on this extraterrestrial light station. This vibration is full expression of mind, body, and soul in divine connection and professional alien transmission, bringing magical portals from the beach to portals where all alternatives exists at the same time.
