Exclusive Speaking In Tongues - Voodoo Moon

After a successful 2019 with releases on TAU and microCastle Speaking In Tongues kick off 2020 with the first out of five installments on their very own and enterily re-branded label Eternal Order, namely their double-sided single Voodoo Moon. The single's eponymous track is built around percussive driven sub-frequencies as a mono-chord and multi-facetted vocals, which adopt the chord's tonality, set the basis for thetake before various elements, mainly rhythmical addings, and an eternal voodoo-esque horntakes the track even deeper to the musical sound ritual and maneuvers the audience into a heavy state of trance. Speaking In Tongues start the new decade quite tricky and trippy yet classy and close an existing vacuum in the scene as their Voodoo Moon release has already gained major support from artists such as Toto Chiavetta, Amberoom or Frankey. 

Speaking In Tongues' single Voodoo Moon will be released on Eternal Order on March 6th, 2020.

For our fourth edition of "Untold Stories", a series where we feature new remixes and interpretations of our back-catalogue, we invited a few very special producers from our home country - India, all making their debut appearance on the label. Please welcome Dharmalogy, Midnight Traffic, Nosh & SJ and Ninesh Babu.

After releasing on Renaissance, Choo Choo Records & more in the past, Chris Cargo made a smashing return into the scene after a decade of silence and since his debut appearance with us through the track "Crystal" (part of 'Elements - Volume 2') in 2017, he's gone on to release music on Nick Warren's "The Soundgarden", Paul Thomas' "UV", DJ Zombi's "Beat Boutique", Pena's "Flow Vinyl" & John Johnson's "ICONYC" to name a few, as well as starting up his own imprint - 'If You Wait'. Stepping up to remix "Crystal" is Hyderabad (India) based - Midnight Traffic. Relatively new but with a strong slew of productions under his belt, namely his EPs on Qilla, a collaboration with Kohra on Brian Cid's "Endangered" and his recent single on Click Records' 'Click Loves India Compilation', Midnight Traffic's work has been slowly getting the recognition it deserves. For his remix of Chris Cargo's "Crystal", he swings his strength in creating infectious grooves and hits home. A warm yet chugging low-end, crisp percussive work and the right amount of counter-harmonies to play along with the original melodic riff makes this combination a match made in heaven.
