My mind is so swamped in self-inflicted bureaucracy it can get nothing done. Progress has halted, and the shame, regret, happiness, and everything else throws mere paper at each other, sends out emails, files emails to read at a later date, puts memos on desks that aren't ever seen & generally makes as much progress up the hill as a grevillea robusta - one of the most beautiful things in the world (not that I am).
