Oh, hey! Another one of these!
I was testing out some new tools I downloaded today, first a GBS exporter, then an NSF to MIDI converter. The song I used as part of this test I ended up translating the sequence for into a more legitimate form, which I'll probably put up on VGMusic within moments of posting this.

I finished all Shovel Knight campaigns already, that means I've listened to all the songs. Now it's time to cover some of 'em.
Next up will probably be "An Underlying Problem" or "Tools of War".
I had to download a NSF (song file of Famitracker) and use NSFplay (synthestia version) to figure out all the melodies, basslines, arpeggios, etc. It was kind of a mess, but I was able to do it very nicely, don't you think?

I made this for ripping purposes, but I figure I might as well show off while I'm at it (especially because I have yet to even begin to like what I've done with the rip idea I had, so far). I'm sure there are a bunch of *little* things I cocked up, but I can fix those later. Made almost entirely with NES VST.
