These are the lost recordings from 2016-2019. In this period I kept writing songs, publishing some on Soundcloud or Youtube but never compiling them into a record. I call it Good Things Come because I was going thru a time of painful growth, including learning to record myself better, and my inner voice was telling me throughout, "good things come to those who wait". The songs have a more vast range of soundscapes and themes than any other works I've put out, I think of this record like a hike through the forest, not just the view at the top.

Lose It!

I am so lucky I have a collaborator like JR Miller. We are cousins that grew up together, so we have a special bond and synergy. As I started to fiddle around with synthetic instruments and programming beats, my cousin happened to be into the same. The first two songs on the album don't have any JR on them, but represents that time in late 2018 and the vibe we were getting on. Walking Away and Cloud Shapes are tracks that JR made and asked me to sing on, the latter appearing as the titular track on JR Millers solo album of that year. The album cover is a picture I took a long time ago looking at the Golden Gate Bridge from my tree house in Berkeley, even though this music came years later, it reminds me of the reflective and chill place this album comes from.
