A bit of a deeper vibe this time, some really deep organic tracks, the kind of thing I really love, but some people not so much - not always the best for the dancefloor but great for listening at work or on the go.  I was going to make the whole mix really deep but I really wanted to play the MXV track at the end as it is currently living rent free in my head, so had to lift the vibe a bit towards the end with a bit of help from Dulus. Everyone breathes!


Somatic Breath Therapy consciously utilizes balanced breathing through integrative mechanisms of the respiratory system. 

The technique is primarily used in a therapeutic context, obtaining the permanent reclamation of what is understood as an open, healthy, breathing reflex 

Initiated from the diaphragm, utilizing the entire respiratory system with the exhale in a relaxed state. 
Learning what an open, healthy breath enables ongoing physical and psychological benefits in daily lives.

The Somatic principle is founded on the philosphy that, the therapeutic relationship is equally important, as is the therapeutic breathing technique.
Works in conjunction with Mindfulness as a tool for developing awareness, self-regulation and self-improvement.
