Im Gespräch mit Björn Johannsmeier, Senior Consultant der Agentur „Walking the Talk“, und Moderatorin Inga Höltmann geht es um den Wandel hin zu einer agilen Kultur und den Herausforderungen, denen Unternehmen hierbei gegenüberstehen.  

Am Anfang jedes Wandels steht die Frage nach dem Warum: „Warum möchte ich überhaupt Agilität? Und dann muss sich auch nochmal jede:r einzeln diese Frage stellen und die Bereitschaft dafür entwickeln“, erklärt Björn Johannsmeier. „Es ist eine große Stärke von Astellas, sich frühzeitig mit diesen Fragen auseinanderzusetzen.” 

Agilität geht über Anpassungsfähigkeit hinaus. Agile Unternehmen sind in der Lage aktiv ihre Zukunft zu gestalten. Ein wesentlicher Aspekt, um Agilität in der Unternehmenskultur zu verankern, ist ein agiles Mindset. Initiative ergreifen, offen sein gegenüber neuen Herausforderungen und sich selbst auch mal infrage stellen – diese Eigenschäften sind dabei prägend. Sie einzuführen ist ein Prozess, in den Mitarbeiter:innen aktiv eingebunden werden sollten. „Statt an Sprints zu denken, sollte man das eher als ein Marathon sehen, denn es kommt dabei auf die Nachhaltigkeit an“, erklärt der Experte.
