Vinyl-only imprint Tervisio is back with its first release of 2018, featuring three original tracks from Guti and Roustam alongside a remix from London-based artist East End Dubs.

The EP, titled Introduction, brings together high energy crescendos and hypnotic basslines. Trommel has the full-length premiere of B-side 'Dating A Comet'. Live jazz and percussive influences meet raw and deep undertones from Moscow on a track that explodes into life around the 6-minute mark.

The EP drops on March 12 on DeeJay.

Label boss Butane pairs up with longtime friend Barem to deliver the 364th installment on Little Helpers this April.
A melting pot for dancefloor-driven, DJ focused cuts from the scene's most established names through to some of the most exciting rising talents from across the globe, Little Helpers has cemented itself as a must-visit imprint for quality productions from across the house and techno sphere. Now entering its second decade of operations, the 364th release on the label sees a welcome collaboration return courtesy of label co-founder Andrew Rasse, aka Butane, and leading Argentinian DJ and producer Barem, as they combine again after many years to unveil five fresh productions on the label this April.
Opening with the organic rolling grooves of ‘364-1’ the duo expertly showcases a masterclass in refined production techniques, loaded with the energy to move any dancefloor. ‘364-2’ employs bubbling synth lines, ice-cold hi hats and echoing vocals, while ‘364-3’ introduces slick house chords, skipping drum arrangements and a clever, evolving lead line. ‘364-4’ takes on a more minimal funky style, harnessing a murky low-end beneath sweeping synths and tweaked-out vocals. The package rounds out with an DJ-edit of the previous cut – stripping back the vocals and laying the focus on the track’s menacing bassline and percussive elements to shape up the EP in impressive fashion.

Premiere: Butane & Barem - Little Helper 364-3 [Little Helpers]

Cinthie’s we_r house welcomes UK artist Simon Shaw onto its roster with a four- track EP for the labels ninth release.
Southern England’s Simon Shaw has been building a steady production career over the past few years after cutting his teeth as a DJ and promoter over the past decade, recent times have seen him release material on DJ Steaw’s House Puff and his own Sense Traxx amongst others. Here though he joins we_r_house, following releases from Carlo Gambino and Sam Haskin this year.
‘Crystal’ takes the A1 slot, fusing hazy dubbed out chords, square wave bass stabs and swirling synths with a sturdy rhythmic foundation and an amalgamation of spoken word vocals. ‘Meth’ follows next, laying focus on heavily swung, dynamic drums an organ like melodic hook and sweeping delays throughout.
First up on the flip is ‘Late Night In Milan’, stripping things back to skippy percussion and bumpy sub hits at it’s core while sequences of airy deep house chords and bright strings ebb and flow within. ‘It’s Not The Way’ then completes the EP, retaining a similar aesthetic via snaking low-end hits, shuffled drums and ethereal synth textures while stirring in a heady resonant swell and chanting vocals to keep things moving.
