Final version of the first track. Still missing a solo and I'll probably find someone else to play it. Also missing vocals and lyrics but since I can't sing, don't hold your breath for them.

Track 01: Final without solo

Now that the first song is ready, I've started to re-record the second track for the album. New guitars, drums and bass really improve the song and I can't wait to continue working with it.

Track 02: Re-recording started. Intro riff.

Second track is getting more heavy stuff in it. Verse started and it's starting to sound more and more like trash, don't you think?

Final version of track 2! I have to give it some time now and see if there's something I want to change but at the moment it sounds nice (enough). This one came out far heavier than I thought. I can't wait to play it live and I just hope that one day I get a chance to do just that. Mean time, enjoy it virtually!

Track 02: Almost final

Final version of the second track for the upcoming album. Final addition to the chorus made it sound complete new and better. The only thing I'm not a fan of, is the ending of the solo part but maybe the missing solo will take care of that. Enjoy and let me know how you like it!

Third track and it's almost complete. I'm not still 100% sure about all the parts but I'll give it a listen during the next few weeks and decide after that if it still needs some changes or not. 

This track was definitely the most painful to complete. I was really struggling with the verse but it came out nicely. It's the c-part that I'm a bit concerned since I got the idea today and recorded it immediately. Let me know what you think?

Track 03: Final

Final version of the track 3 with few small tweaks compared to the last version. I'm very happy how all the parts turned out. Especially the verse was really difficult to come up with. Hope you enjoy the song!

Track 03: Final without vocals

Final mix of the first track. Few things are still bothering me like some tuning issues but there will be vocals + a guitar solo and I need to work with the whole song during that phase so I'll leave them for now. 

The first song I made for this project and I'm very pleased how it turned out. I had some problems mixing it down but eventually I got it pretty close to what I was aiming for. Eventually, I need to use professionals to do the mix and master.

Track 01: Mix 2

Fourth track re-recorded successfully after some struggle. Still not 100% satisfied but it's as good as I want it to be at the moment and I can still tweak it after vocals. 

I think this is definitely one of my best songs and the most "radio" friendly. Some would say, even hit material so we'll see what eventually comes out of it and where it will end. One thing's for sure, I really like it. I hope you do too.

Track 04: Final

Even this is a medley of two Christmas songs, this has always been my favorite Christmas song and the TSO performance is just amazing. Some time ago I decided that I want to record a Christmas song to give my holiday greetings with and it was a no-brainer to choose this one. It's not even nearly as epic as the original but I'm fairly happy with it considering I put it together in few days. Merry Christmas and enjoy!

A project that doesn't end ever. It started in 2012 and is still unfinished. But the dream still lives on, to write, record and publish my own solo album.
