Welcome to our weekly session of our codecast series. Today we're glad to present a spicy hypnotic exploration, by Medha.

Medha's passion for technoid music is characterised by her constant search for inspiration and new tracks, which she brings together in her mixes with a mixture of intuition and thought. Influenced by the Berlin and Leipzig club scene, especially the Institut für Zukunft, she developed her own way to express her passion. Her sound is characterised by concise basslines and rougher elements on the one hand, but also by deep and driving rhythms and repetitive sounds, creating an endless drive that always aims to make the listener dance. She has been an integral part of the PVC collective for over two years and organises events herself.

Dark & heavy atmospheres are to be expected from this deep journey.

CODECAST X - Medha - Analog Outcome

Ậ.Deniậl  - also known as Anastasiia, based in St. Petersburg / Russia, started her carrer as a DJ in 2008. Her journey began with underground techno & breakbeat in the techno-club "Tunnel".
Since then, she has made a long way through out diverse electronic music genres. 

Meanwhile she's working on her own identity & the production of her own tracks.
In 2019, she created her own event series called Sacred Sound Events, which is built around the underground and hypnotic side of electronic music.

She came from deep space, focusing herself on spiritual truth and natural sound, a warrior with a shamanic drum and a box of global secrets. For her, techno is not a style or a genre - it's more like the perfect instrument of shamanic rhythm that allows us to work with our mental programming and can be used to give birth to a healing process.

CODECAST X - Mono.kroma - Sonic Transcendence

Welcome to our weekly edition of our codecast series, 

Akshay Mathker is an Indian DJ & electronic music producer born in 1991 based in Goa.
His love for a perfect groove is as apparent now as it was back then.
From the very early days of playing drums on several religious occasions and folk festivals, it was clear there was a strong talent waiting to be nurtured. With years of isolation and hardwork in the studio, Akshay’s very first productions were released in 2017 even though his musical career had started a decade before as a DJ.
Tastefully blending the barriers between restrained, deeply underground roots and remarkably versatile, euphoric moments, Akshay plays a more heads down yet energised version of techno that stays dubbed out and hypnotic but ready for a dance-floor. 
This has lead him to land his releases on imprints such as Electronic Tree, BQ Recordings and BC2 Records.

A simple and laid-back presence in the booth, persuades and resonates all of his musical complexity onto the dance floor, the narrator, embarks on a quest where no one is left behind and it is with an infectious energy that his listeners follow him wherever he leads.

Bill Bass aka Mechanist is an artist based in Southampton, England. In his 10+ year journey he has covered many forms of techno all bound by minimalism. During this time he has released with labels such as Silent Season, NFEREE, Space Textures and Circular Limited - and continued to develop his idiosyncratic style that draws as much from the current deep and hypnotic techno as it does from 90s and 00s progressive and trance music. His creativity is Influenced by tribal minimalist techno in the nineties and the deepest and most abstract techno currently. In his tracks the most seductive elements are the use of resonant basses perfectly combined with long and reverberated pads, extensive sonorous landscapes that are modified by continuous movement of LFO, solid grooves and strident percussions.

But not everything that comes out of his head is created with the intention of being used on the dance floor.

CODECAST X - Miroir - Emotional Alchemy

For this new episode of our codecast selections, we'd like to give a warm welcome to Chuha.

Chuha hails from the south of Munich and has been on a journey of musical exploration since 1998. He kicked off his career as a DJ in 2004 playing at countless gigs in and around Europe and India. His initial years in the Psytrance genre lead him to his love for deep, hypnotic, subtle and euphoric nuances of Techno. He is also the founder of Fur:ther Sessions pushing boundaries of Techno supporting local and international artists. Chuha is also a resident of the Netzwerk rooster from Munich.
He's also one of the founders of the Fur:ther sessions collective.
