Composed for pyweek 18. It is based on a lydian-octatonic alternating tonality. Took only a few hours to put it together as I was in a rush. :-)

AI Takes Control

I composed and recorded this for a game we made for the 2015 January Kiloo Game Jam 30 hours computer game competition. Took some 5-6 hours to create the song.
The idea was to make something cavernous, menacing that is energetic enough to catch one's attention during jurying while repetitive enough to fit for background music functionality.

One of the very first recordings I made in the then newly built Szimpla Stúdió. The hang drum & the idiophone bass instrument provided an ideal test situation for the acoustics of the recording room.
