For that song, I asked Barnev Valsaint to write with me and he came up with some wonderful lyrics and melodies that elevate the song to such a soft and great mood.

Rachelle and André worked together on stage with Celine, he liked her right away, her voice, her craft, her art.... They teamed up and wrote Her Name. A kind of spiritual song that celebrates THE woman.

Rachelle et André se sont connus sur scène alors qu'ils travaillaient avec Céline. Ce que Rachelle faisait, ce qu'elle dégageait a donné envie à André de créer quelque chose avec elle! Her Name, ça vient d'elle... De lui... De ce qu'ils sont et de ce qu'ils ont envie d'exprimer. Her Name, ça représente LA femme avec ce côté un peu spirituel comme seule Rachelle peut le chanter.

Dawn Cumberbatch was back in my home studio to write the melodies and the words, and record her beautiful voice on that song that speaks love, intimacy and tenderness! Dawn is so inspired... And it took her so little time to feel exactly what I had in my mind and my heart to bring once again, so much life to the music!

Dawn Cumberbatch est une des choristes de Celine Dion. Pour cette seconde piece que nous travaillons ensemble, elle est venue chez moi enregistrer sa voix, ses paroles et ses melodies sur cette musique que j'avais fait. Il ne lui fallu que quelques heures pour apporter a cette musique l'intimité et la douceur que je cherchais tant!

Ma prière est une chanson composée par mon amie Sarah Bédard sur laquelle j'ai eu la chance de faire les arrangements, il y a quelques temps déjà. Sarah est une jeune auteur-compositeur-interprète très talentueuse qui mériterait à mon avis d’être mieux connue. J'ai toujours aimé cette chanson très inspirante et chargée d'une émotion spirituelle tellement sentie.

Ma Priere is a song written by my Sherbrooke, Quebec, native friend Sarah Bédard. Sarah is a very gifted songwriter and singer that, I find, deserves more recognition. Few years ago, I did arrangements for some of her songs, she came home to record them and Ma Priere is one of those songs that has such spiritual deepness to it and a song that I simply always loved so much.

Super talented artist, singer and dancer Brigitte Desy and I wrote this song together a few years ago prior to form the band The Tree Bees. Brigitte is a natural for grooves, time feel and melodies! it's always a real pleasure for me to work with her, sharing the stage or being creative in the studio!

J'ai eu la chance, il y a quelques annees de rencontrer la tres talentueuse artiste, chanteuse et danseuse Brigitte Desy alors que je participais a une revue musicale. J'ai ete tres impressionné par son talent et lui ai demandé de travailler sur des chansons. Ensemble, nous avons composé She's Gone et formé avec nos amis le groupe les Tree Bees afin de jouer la musique aux saveurs soul, lounge et R&B que nous aimons tant!

Far West... We can feel pretty lonely sometimes... The rocks, the sun, the dryness of nature, the echo of silence inspired me this piece of music. For this version, very talented composer and musician Julian Wiggins join me to play his wonderful Scottish Flutes bringing an awesome deepness to this music!

Vivre dans le desert est une chance unique dans une vie, j'ai toujours été inspiré par les guitares resonnantes de la musique country et western et la grandeur de cet espace si vaste m'a inspiré cette piece de musique. Quelle chance aussi d'avoir la magnifique prestation de Julian Wiggins aux flutes ecossaises qui apportent une grande profondeur a cet extrait musical.
