The Evening Star’s Intermezzo is my first composition for piano and strings. Here, I performed the piano part. 

As composers we sometimes like to break boundaries and be extravagant, but ultimately what fulfills me is not engaging in virtuosic experiments, but expressing what is simple yet heartfelt.

This recording session was organized by DoubleSharp Production in Rome. Huge thanks to their team and the musicians for making it happen!

Today is the day, brother!  Blood shall be spilt!  We march to war!  Kiss your loved ones and let us pray to drink together once more tonight!

This is a sequel piece to The Eve of Battle!  I plan on making a few more pieces using this same main theme!
