“This was the last song I composed on the record, and is probably my favorite track as I achieved the tight deadline I gave myself to complete it and portray the last chapter of the year. Emotionally it sums up how the end of 2020 was for most of Europe – duped, plunging back into covid lockdowns, festivities cancelled – the pandemic had seemed to have won the end of the year – Checkmate!” – JAB

DARSI PRESENTS ANDRE KNIGHT - 22 JUN 22

Destardy was born and raised in Jakarta Indonesia.
She has been surrounding by Music since an early age, That was basically how she projected her feeling trough.
She started to show her talent at elementary school singing Indonesian Anthem since then everything that has anything to do with music will grab her attention.
Coming from an average family background she goes to school by bus and that was the time for her to show her talent to people and also get a little bit of pocket money busking.
That's what leads her to get interested in going to singing class.
She saved some money and helped by her mother and paid for the class for 1 month to start.
That's when one of the artist management discovered her talent and asked her to join a vocal Group to sign with one of the biggest recording company in Indonesia which was SONY BMG.
After writing more songs and arranging with the music producer finally she was signed by the recording company for 6 years.
After doing a tour for 3 months around Indonesia and became well known in Indonesia and Malaysia, She started to feel inconvertible with the situation between her self with management about transparency so she decided to quit and wanted to work on her own management and singing career.
After she struggled to pursue her dream finally now she is in Bali working with Music producer from France Samael Senja she finished her 1st solo album called "Kind Of Soul " and ready to share her stories to the world.
