Created my first "classical" piece of music in appreciation of a being who provides the world with water and is ridiculed as a "big bang theory". Imagine the quantity required to feed every living thing on this planet and we then understand the master mind and mathematician who can calculate the needs of its creation, so it is a tribute and a thank you from one soul who appreciates genius.

Christmas means togetherness and it also means giving, kindness and generosity. Noticed that the Nay sayers are silent on Christmas being offensive. That was one trump card that the world played well. Inspires fear of being deported otherwise they take it all  and for granted.

Suffering from incurable, osteoarathritis, so thought a song to go with it, would be most appropriate. Cure? A tribute to my Sister Melanie who was "the musician" in our family. I sang, she converted it into music. Lyrics will follow, but I am not in the mood to sing.  Started at age 4, 2nd in the island on the Accordion which was twice her size. And she forgot to unbutton the stay on the bottom. Yes. I do love her. A good lass!  So its about her "Brain dead" by the doctors and she wasn't.  She preferred to be a teacher of music. LCIM.

Trained Track Blues

A musician who is a solo instrumentalist and sometimes a singer, depending on the mood, the voice and the feel of things. Created TABA with Angelique Giroir (my daughter) and two of her friends Baghya Senanayake and Thyaga Senanayake before Angelique went off to Denmark to study. So TABA it is. I wanted to share my talents which were there since my youth, but could not be expressed because the times were "hard" for musicians and parents believed in "education". So educated I was, and my love of music set aside until convenient. I think that music is the soul of a person, it is also a blessed talent, and best shared with others, so I teach English as well.. thanks to my parents. Therefore I am fed :) Each song has to be a pulse beat of what you feel, and I take on the voice for the voiceless (babies), old people, animals and children.
