The first Far Blue release comes in the form of a 5-fold VA, with tracks by noc:turne, Philipp Priebe, Luna Ludmila, IT-XPO and Aspetuck. After forming a base of the musical concept of Far Blue through the mix series, Far Blue now takes the concept a step further with releasing carefully curated original music. The ‘Shared Sense’ EP stands for a unified perception, transcending individual viewpoints and bringing together different perspectives, experiences and inspiration.

The third track of the EP comes from Luna Ludmila’s, titled ‘Maybe Tomorrow’. The breaky track contains a groovy rhythm that keeps on going. Luna Ludmila’s quality with dubby sounds stands out here, crafting a deep and atmospheric piece which takes the listener on a captivating journey.

Yet, it was the neon-lit streets of Berlin in the early '90s that paved the way for her transformative evolution and sparked an enduring obsession with electronic music. Laura Garrido, originally hailing from Asturias, Spain, draws inspiration from her formative years in a coalmine workers' region. Influenced by punk, indie rock, and IDM, her musical journey took a transformative turn upon her relocation to Berlin in the early '90s. It was within the dynamic cityscape that she first encountered the dancefloor scene, marking her initiation into the world of vinyl.

Swiftly becoming a fixture in Berlin's underground music circuit, Laura made her presence felt in renowned venues like Golden Gate, About Blank, and Club der Visionaere. Beyond Germany, her magnetic performances reached international stages in Bulgaria, Georgia, Ireland, and Poland, showcasing a distinctive blend of trippy tracks spanning the realms of house and techno.

Recognized for her affinity for syncopated grooves, Laura Garrido meticulously crafts DJ sets that offer a subtle contrast of textures and emotions. Currently contributing to the legacy of Berlin's Melting Point record store, a hub for house music over the past 25 years, Laura maintains a notable presence in both local and global electronic music circles.

The compilation will not be available on any streaming services. Most of the 150 limited edition copies will be available through our Bandcamp page and at the event on 10th of February STAUB 11. Each record is unique with special coloring, a process involving xrays and high temperatures. They are very pretty :)

Nathalie (Andrea Cichecki Remix)

Andrea is an in demand producer, artist and composer. Recently, she started the ‘In Nature’ series, in which she combines her unique music with outdoor performances, that are being filmed and recorded live on location. 
Her Texture Studies' are spontaneous sonic explorations in which she performs with a modular synthesizer live. These sessions give her an opportunity to capture, sculpt and perform with what starts out just as tones and waveforms. Her signature sound is in the melancholic layers of electronic music that can be found in ambient, contemporary electronic music, experimental music, dub techno and sound design.
