La Porta Blu

As I start to suffer from a form of anxiety, I find myself surrounded by the help of many wonderful people.
One of them is A.R., a great musician from Trento.

In 2017, he started to compose some little piano sketches immediately after he practiced meditation.
So, as I'm currently struggling a little with anxiety, here is a connection between us.

He kindly let me recompose some of his meditation tracks. I took parts from different tracks of his project and i reimagined them.  I also add some field recordings of a village near Vicenza.

I hope that this little track will put  you in a calm and serene state, lefting your problems and anxieties behind you.
