As an up and coming artist from central Florida, Andre Acila began producing electronic dance music at the mere age of 11. Inspired by DJs such as Martin Garrix and Alan Walker, Andre began producing house music, releasing “Virya” in 2020, a progressive house banger which amassed over a million views on Youtube. After the track’s success, Andre joined forces with Dutch Dj Adrian Jacobs to release a plethora of progressive house and bigroom singles, most notably “Measure Up” on ACES Music and Progressive Music Records.

Andre Acila believes that EDM must continue to evolve and that the utilization of unique flavors and components is necessary to this evolution. This dedication to experimentation is reflected by Acila’s harmonious mixture of cinematic orchestration, classic tech house grooves, and driving basslines. Since witnessing local duo Yokai at WTR Tampa in 2021, Andre has been exploring the tech house genre, resulting in an ever evolving flow of emotions. Acila’s style is exemplified by the track “Live My Life” released on the one and only Max Vangeli’s NoFace Records. Be on the lookout, Andre Acila will prove to be a household name among club goers in the coming years.
