When the year 2020 rolled around, Andre Chambers made the decision that it was time for a major life change. He was tired of the constant chase that comes with working for a global consulting firm, of worrying about the firm's success and being publicly traded, and of how much time it took him away from his family. It was past time for a change of pace. As a result, Chambers shifted gears dramatically, focusing much more on being near the home front. Chambers put in hours with local small businesses trying to survive during the initial COVID outbreak, and he found new ways to volunteer in the community far more than before.
