Oh! Yeah! We're having another guest for our podcast series and it's no less a figure than DJ, Producer and - guess what - Oh!Yeah! Label Co-Owner Sven Tasnadi! Sven is deejaying since 1995, making his way from Leipzig to renowned clubs like Cocoon/Frankfurt and Plastic People/London. Besides Oh!Yeah!, which he's running alongside with Daniel Stefanik and Juno6, he released tracks on Moon Harbour/Cargo Edition, Cocoon Recordings, Smallville Records, Poker Flat, Liebe*Detail, Statik, Katermukke and so forth. Moreover, a few days ago his new EP "Small Things" came out on Kann, another young but nevertheless fabulous Leipzig based label (btw. including a stunning remix by Map.Ache). "Small Things" shows his little-known deeper side and therefore proofs his reputation as being somewhat unpredictable. Just another reason to be curios about this exclusive set! Thank you, Sven!

null4277 podcast numero 9 selected and mixed by another very special guest from our most beloved village (Berlin): Remast Bosics. Stephan, as we know him, is DJ'ing since 1999 and has been part of the Dope on Dexx crew till he decided to spend some time in Australia and therefore a life in musical or at least DJ'ing abstinence. After his return, he became one of the early birds of null4277 (must have been something around 2006 ... we don't remember that mad times exactly), nowadays still fluttering around the crew, sparsely but nevertheless always heartly welcome - especially when he brings a new set around, which is a pretty rare phenomenon itself. This one reminds us the sound of the time null4277 was born and that's why we have to say: Thank you, Stefan! It touches our inner life and will touch those of all others!

Oh wow, it's number 10 already! Today's guest: ZeitlupenUwe, localizing himself "somewhere between slow motion techno and down tempo house" thereby asserting to be "free of talent but creative" - sounds good to us! ZeitlupenUwe just got on board of the Clap your Hands family, where he found the tender family he needs to be creative, carrying him through the hard fairways of the Berlin electronic music scene. One act of creativeness (and of poring over statute books): After experiencing few party vacations and following complaints, he invented the pretty charming idea of „Open Air to go“, which became a story of success soon. Just in line with official regulations, saying everyone is allowed to operate a radio on public green spaces, as long as nobody feels disturbed by it, guests bring along their radios, directly receiving the music a DJ is playing on site. Nice manoeuvre! Nice podcast! Nice guy! Thank you, ZeitlupenUwe!

That feels strange! Before we started null4277, we almost always visited a weekly event called "MiDi", a home for lovers of all varieties of house music, presented by almost famous and upcoming local heroes from Leipzig. One of them: Filburt! Now he's doing a podcast for us ... another circle completes.

Filburt started DJing in the mid 90ies, with a focus on HipHop, Funk, Dub, 2Step, Techno, House and of course: Disco. Today his sets are more housy, but he still likes to mix it up with other styles. As Filburt and Filburt with Good GuyMikesh he released sounds on Liebe*Detail, Compost, Mirau, Permanent Vacation, Dirt Crew and Riotvan before setting up his own label "o'rs", featuring artists like Thomas Scholz, Krink, RDF, Marbert Rocel, Llewellyn aka Lake People, M.ono& Luveless, Ron Deacon and so forth. Filburt's passion for music is not just one to hear: Just have a look at the limited editions artworks (and sometimes the medium itself - last time you've heard a cassette?!) and you'll understand.
