Lui Manu : Sapeur pompier professionnel
Elle Nelly : Travaillant pour une mutuelle
 
Ils ont décidé avec leurs 2 enfants de mettre entre parenthèse leur vie bien rangée pour se lancer dans l'élevage de chèvres...
 
Ce qui est original  c'est la méthode.
En effet n'ayant aucune aide ils ont opté pour un financement participatif via le site http://fr.ulule.com/biquettes-valaises/
En résumé, c’est un projet familial un peu fou mais tellement nécessaire pour retrouver une qualité de vie plus proche de nos valeurs. 

Un beau projet participatif !
