Re:Circulation is a new mix series which will feature older tunes that either never made it onto a Body&Soul mix, or classics that did but I want to revisit and revive them by mixing them with different tracks, and also there will be a few new tunes (mostly when none of the tunes in my library will fit!). Circulation was the first Body&Soul mix, so the title seemed fitting lol. I have a good bit of tunes that just didn't fit in (it's the land of misfit tunes!) and kind of got left on the backburner, but they're great tunes, so they aren't "rejects" lol. FYI! Enjoy the mix. Re:Circulation Vol 2

Obsessed with music since he was a little kid, Lopet from Nürnberg eventually found his musical sanctuary in Drum&Bass in 2008 after being influenced by Hip Hop and Punkrock in his teenage days. After getting into the sounds of labels such as Hospital and Liquicity he found anything BASS-heavy being essential to his taste and to the genre as such. He made his first DJ-mixes in 2013 which caught the attention of fellow DJ Flowsen from Würzburg. Shortly after he gave Lopet his first gig as a support act for Med School’s Keeno which is still one of his favourite DJ moments to this day. This also led him to become a part of the local Soulmotion Crew which regularly hosts events with headliners such as Etherwood, Hybrid Minds, Pendulum and Mike Romeo to name but a few.
His ongoing passion for the music was spurred on further after his first visit to the well-known international Drum&Bass-festival „Sun & Bass“ in Sardinia where he got to delve deeper into the art of DJing and met loads of new people, leading to his first gig abroad in Bristol alongside Keeno.
In 2017 he started his weekly radioshow and respective podcast „Soulcast“ which resulted in local oldschool DJs Tobestar and Sinnamix inviting Lopet to co-host their „Selekta Dance Different Radio“, probably the most famous live D&B-radioshow in Southern Germany. In his shows and podcasts, Lopet always likes to feature a broad range of the music he loves so much, with the ethos of it being „Get your soul in motion“: Rolling percussion, widescreen soundscapes and playful, bouncy basslines.

Big T, our brother from Campinas in Brazil is a well-known DJ and media workforce at the legendary Sun and Bass festival in Sardinia where he’s been a resident since 2014. Big in stature and selection, Thiago started out with Hip Hop when he moved to Salvador before diving deep into Drum&Bass after being influenced by older friends and local scene heroes like Marky and Patife. After doing his first gigs he moved to Sydney where he continued playing half Hip Hop half D&B sets. After his stay in Australia he relocated to Geneva and focused even more on Drum&Bass, further motivated by his gig at the infamous Le Zoo at Usine where he played a warmup set for Calibre, Utah Jazz and DRS. After that there was no turning back and Big T’s dedication to the sound only got more and more serious. Besides regularly providing the vibes alongside some of the international scene’s biggest acts such as Doc Scott, S.P.Y. and Makoto and in places such as Dubai and Lebanon, Big T has become an upfront main figure in Switzerland’s vibrating Drum&Bass scene and is also always exploring alternative musical styles playing Funk, Brazilian Beats, Classic Rap and much more.

Liquid Drum and Bass Mix

DJ Soulsource started djing in the mid-80s right before the birth of underground dance culture. Open-eared and eclectic to a variety of music, he warmed up for artists like Dee Lite, Run Dmc and Gang Starr, playing mostly Hip Hop, Soul and Funk. Residencies at some of the era's most important clubs in Berne such as "Miles Club" at Stufenbau, Dampfzentrale and Wasserwerk followed, establishing Soulsource as a sure provider of fresh flavours in the early 90s' melting pot of club culture and rave. 
Around that time he discovered Drum&Bass Jungle which proved to be his biggest passion to this day. This led to working in a recordshop and promoting regular club events such as "Drum & Bass Lighters" or "UK Fever". The creativity of his sets and exclusive dubplates made him one of the most wanted D&B-DJs in Switzerland and abroad with gigs like the "Let it roll"-Festival in Czech Republic. More recently, Soulsource provided an exclusive album mix for vocalist David Boomah on V-Records. He regularly supports acts such as Bryan G, Chase and Status, Goldie, Roni Size, Benny Page, Mc Tali, Peshay, Ltj Bukem and Mc Conrad among others and promotes his own new events series "Capital Breakz".
