It was an incredible afternoon in Medellín, Colombia, enjoying great music and a beautiful view over Comuna 13 and its surroundings. Huge thanks to Abstract for recording the set and to Mycelium and Beer Dealers for making it all possible! This set brings a mix of fun progressive and tech house, perfect for such an amazing spot.

My tastes have shifted toward my appreciation of Afro and Melodic sounds, this year end mix reflects it. I do feel it is an accurate representation of where I am musically.  I know there are a bunch of tracks I missed but there was so much good music this year, it would have been four and a half hours. :)

Dave Leck – Live Set Vol. 2 | 60 Min of Original Progressive & Organic House

I'm back with the second instalment in my live set series—60 minutes of progressive and organic house music. The set showcases original material and  this time including my new remix of a  TOBO & Baksta track to be released later this year.

Rather than a traditional DJ mix of mastered tracks, I’ve designed a custom Ableton Live performance setup that blends DJing with live production. Using multiple channels with EQ, FX sends, live MIDI instruments, and a clip launcher, I can rearrange, remix, and build tracks on the fly, making each performance unique.

Mein Stil:
Mein Hauptgenre ist Progressive House, aber auch Melodic House hat es mir besonders angetan. Mit einer Mischung aus tiefen, treibenden Beats und melodischen Klängen kreiere ich Sets, die sowohl zum Nachdenken anregen als auch die Tanzfläche zum Beben bringen.

Warum ich das tue:
