The great success of my first series "Valses melancoliques encouraged me to continue this musical idea of melancholic valses, resulting in 12 new valses from C minor to B minor.

Danaë performs these works in a masterful way, bringing interpretive variety to each waltz such that each piece portrays distinct character, and all are a delight to hear!

Brazilian-Canadian composer André Luiz Machado's arrangement of the ancient Sufi female poet Zeynep Hatun's "I am a Fountain, You are my Water" (translation by Murat Yagan) runs deep with emotion through its complex harmonies and haunting melody.

Description:
"Espelho Duplo - Double Mirror" reflects a postmodern classical music dialogue between two compositional perspectives of the Brazilian composer André Luiz Machado, interpreted on the piano by the Greek-British pianist and composer Manos Charalabopoulos.  A neo- impressionist and lyrical side mirrors another expressionist and more geometrical side of the music, opening a rambling and infinite dialogue-perception between musical work and individual listeners, composer and interpreter. It is a time of possibilities moulded and condensed by one perception to incite and be interpreted by another, which is, in turn, launched into the space of multiple reflections.

As Hari Seldon constructed a Second Foundation at the "opposite end of the galaxy," from the First Foundation, it's said by some that an even greater force went on to construct a parallel counterpart to Gaia. How such societies at the cutting edge of mentalics could be constructed, or what entity could have possessed the abilities necessary for their creation, are questions still unknown. The source of this entity was reportedly encountered on the dark side of the moon by one Golan Trevize in his quest to find Earth...

Inward Oval Eel

Award-winning composer of music for film, TV, stage, games, and the concert hall. As a composer and producer, he has received awards in Los Angeles, Hollywood, Berlin, Brazil, including a nomination at the International Sound and Film Music Festival in Croatia, and screening at the prestigious Festival de Cannes. All his music is sensitively conceived and uniquely crafted to story and picture.

Since 2020 he is based in Vancouver after becoming a permanent resident in Canada in respect of the work he has been internationally developing within the film, music, and visual media industry.

Some of his most recent works include the original score for the film "As Verdades" (The Truths), directed by José Eduardo Belmonte and produced by Gullane and Globo Films, and the game Josh Journey: Darkness Totems, by Província Studio. Currently he also works as a singer and composer in residency at Laudate Singers, North Vancouver, Canada.
