Biography 

AndreLuz is a vocalist and began its career in 1994, with bands in São Paulo, Brazil.
He graduated in MPB and jazz singing at the Musical Theatre Conservatory Dr. Carlos de Campos Tatui where he specialized in the fundamentals of Brazilian rhythms such as samba, choro, frevo, maracatu, ballad, schottische, with big names from the Brazilian asCléber Almeida (Curupira Trio), Fabio Leal (Group Mind Clara), Paulo Braga,Andrea dos Guimarães, Alexandre Bauabi Jr (Group I cry Breaking Branch), also participated in workshops with Guell, Marcus Suzano, CleberAlmeida, André Marques and other big names in Brazilian popular music.
Throughout his career Andre Luz has developed projects for bands, duets and trios performing in Theatres, Hotels and venues in Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.


Currently, after moving to Europe, Andre Luz has performed in venues and events at Brixton Academy (London), Musikcafe (Amsterdam), Made in Brazil (London), The Lost Angel (London) among others.

Performance: "The repertoire is the golden age, bossa nova, festivals, club corner to the present days. Big names of the brazilian music are always remembered as: Noel, Top Hat, Adoniram Barbosa, Dorival Cayme, Tom Jobim, Edu Lobo, Djavan, Milton, Elis Regina, Chico Buarque,Luiz Gonzaga, Joao Gilberto, Jorge Ben, Gilberto Gil, Caetano Veloso, Lenin, etc..
