ARMED FANTASIA - 「武装幻想譚」"The Epic of Armed Fantasia"

This piece is a fusion of minimalism and heavy metal. I attempted to use the same three motives all throughout the entire piece, and changing each of them slightly by means of transposing, changing the rhythm, harmonization, and changing the style altogether. This was performed on my Senior Recital at Rutgers University.

Unknown Crossroads for Chamber Orchestra

Recently my lola (grandma in tagalog) stopped dialysis because she is too weak to go the treatment. Now, she continues to lose weight and her health has significantly deteriorated. 

I composed "Dreaming" with the memories of my lola and incorporated various emotions. I hope I get to play this in person for her as I regret not being able to let my lolo hear the composition I composed for him before his passing three years ago.
