This is my first ever Disco set.  Of course you will hear my own take and style throughout the entire set.  This is an audition set in a sense for the 30th Anniversary Cruise in January of 2022.

On the 22nd anniversary of our playing the Saint at Large White Party together at Roseland Ballroom in New York, Joe D'Espinosa and I joined together to play a livestream White Party in the time-honored tradition of bringing people together in love and harmony for a night of soulful, uplifting music. The reception far exceeded our expectations and the result was beyond anything we could have hoped for. Hundreds joined live on Twitch and Zoom and reveled together as we played for 8 continuous hours - first me for 2 hours, then Joe D'Espinosa for 2, and finally we relayed for an unplanned additional 4 hours as people remained tuned in and dancing along in joy. This recording is the first 2 bonus hours.

It was just an absolute pleasure to work and play along with Joe for this celebratory event. Who would have thought in these challenging times that we could bring people together for such a moment. I will treasure this experience always.

Hey all, it’s been a minute since I’ve put out a new podcast, but the new year has me feeling very inspired again musically. As mentioned, I’m going to be focusing all future playlists on just house music going forward.

I hope you enjoy this new set, which is very emblematic of where my sound is heading these days. This first one out of the gate in 2k22 is more disco house oriented… the next one will be a bit more of a tech-house vibe.

I really miss working at night, the dj booth, the energy of the crowd, my colleagues, friends, lights, loud music ....  all.
Every now and then I put on a record that I love, I close my eyes and I let myself be carried away by the sound and memories, and that's how I made my latest project. 
NOSTALGIA made me go back in time to my roots, when I enjoyed browsing old vinyls or single CDs in search of a new remix or a new song.
I'm sure we'll all go back to dancing together until morning, with more energy than before, but until then let's get carried away by the music and its emotions.
