Andrew Neal, a Liverpool-born musician renowned for his ability to seamlessly blend genres such as Folk, Merseybeat, Rock and Roll, and Blues, is captivating audiences with his latest release. With the launch of his fifth single, ‘No Longer Shall We Run’, Neal takes a bold step into social commentary and raises a compelling call for justice, diverging from his previous works that primarily explored personal experiences and perspectives.
 
Recorded at the prestigious Whitewood Studios in Liverpool, ‘No Longer Shall We Run’ serves as a testament to Neal's musical prowess and meticulous attention to detail. While collaborating with session musicians for the drums, saxophone, and organ, Neal himself showcases his versatile musicianship by personally performing the rhythm guitar, bass guitar, and lead guitar. This further exemplifies his comprehensive understanding of the art of song writing, as all musical compositions and arrangements are solely crafted by Neal himself, as with his previous releases.
 
When discussing his creative process, Andrew Neal elaborates, "I begin the song writing journey on the acoustic guitar, laying the foundation for each composition. My unique technique incorporates bass notes and lead within the rhythm, resulting in melodious and atmospheric arrangements. This distinctive approach provides a solid backbone for the incorporation of additional instrumental layers, culminating in a cohesive and harmonious sound."
 
Prior to embarking on his solo career, Andrew Neal served as the lead guitarist for ‘The Stamp’, a band managed by Gary Murphy. ‘The Stamp’ achieved remarkable success, including supporting ‘The View’ on a 28-day European tour, followed by a 17-day UK tour. Notably, their track ‘Fugitive’ was handpicked by Liam Gallagher of Oasis for an upcoming ‘Pretty Green’ advert. Following the amicable separation of the band, Andrew Neal embarked on a courageous solo journey, dedicating himself to writing and crafting an impressive repertoire of original music.
 
With four previously released songs, including ‘Where I was Born’, ‘Paint The Dark’, ‘I Won't Be Living Here Anymore’, and ‘That’s Where I’ll Be’, Andrew Neal has already captivated audiences with his unique style and distinctive sound. ‘No Longer Shall We Run’ is set to be released June 28th on all major streaming and download platforms. As part of the promotional campaign for ‘No Longer Shall We Run’, the music video will make its debut on VEVO, YouTube, July 5th marking Andrew Neal's first official video release.

Starting out as a lead guitarist, Andrew found success with his former band ‘The Stamp’, managed by Gary Murphy. Following the band’s separation, Andrew Neal took his future into his own hands and has been busy writing and crafting a repertoire of original music.
