As I continue on the second leg of my book tour, meeting hordes of universally-delightful fans, I've been puzzled with how to properly thank you all for the unending support you've shown me and my channel.  You've given me a degree of happiness and fulfillment that I never imagined I'd be able to experience - so I wanted to find some way I could make your day just a little bit brighter, even for a just few minutes.  

Enter: meditation.  Meditation is one of the many tools that's helped me cope with chronic depression and anxiety, as well as helped me find the energy to push up and out in new directions.  Here’s hoping that maybe this track can play a small role in your doing the same!
