That is none other than my jolly old self on the acoustic guitar and upright piano (which I have been slowly teaching myself how to use ever since I got my best friend Matt, aka LiquidRockMan or "Slim", to teach me how to make major/minor chords on the keyboard). This cover of Nick Drake's "Pink Moon" will be used for The Brave & The Awesome's "Planet Battles Redux", most likely for during the credits sequence. Now if only I could get somebody to animate both that and the short trailer-like video that I'm working on (for a spinoff series that I don't plan to make) called "The Brave & Awesome Quest".....

I recorded this in the balcony at at Real Life Christian Church in Clermont, Florida yesterday with an app on my Kindle Fire HD called "RecForge". I hope you'll excuse my not-so-great singing voice (hey, I'm working on it).
I now know that I messed some of the lyrics up from before the chorus is sung for the 1st time, and I apologize for that.
The song is "Troposphere" by Steve Burns, from his 2003 "Songs For Dustmites" album.

I've been working on playing this song for a few months now. 
Originally, I was going to do both the album version (in which Nick strummed his guitar) and the demo version (in which Nick finger-picked his guitar), and then put them both together, but I really suck at trying to do the demo version, so this is just me doing the album version alone instead.

HOME RESONANCE/MACINTOSH PLUS (heathinvader Remix) Version #01

Recorded a couple of days ago onto an audio cassette tape. It's myself on my Les Paul Epiphone guitar, playing along to "Hey Johnny Park" by The Foo Fighters (which I played on my iphone 6 via YouTube. I had a fun time finding the chords, and figuring out how to play it by ear. I also tried (just for the heck of it) to give it that Nirvana sound (particularly with the way Kurt's guitar sounded in the 1990 Smart Sessions) with what I had (a Line 6 amp & pedal). I hope I did an okay job of replicating that.
