Observing The Breath

Guided Blue Light Meditation. Following the breath and allowing ourselves to release what no longer serves. Forgiveness, vulnerability, love, and gratitude. This experience will go deep into your being and alleviate senses of feeling overwhelmed.

Andrew has been teaching and coaching for 30 years, he is a high school special education teacher specializing in developing alternative programming for at-risk youth, and 2-time Hall of Fame volleyball coach. He is certified in Meditation and Breathwork. At age 48, he was forced to look in the mirror, own his stuff, and change his life.  Through a strong belief that there was something better, he decided to look in the mirror, get sober (since September of 2020), lost 65 pounds, and completely transformed his life with a 180 degree mindset. Through the practices of meditation and breathwork, he ultimately accepted the power of vulnerability, forgiveness, gratitude and love.
