Hello, and welcome! You are in tune to our infamous exclusive podcast, the weekly DJ session that transports you around the world, sampling the best of this scenes artists, and what they are up to! Lets see where we are today ... 

As we near the magical 300, we are keeping the home fires burning! Ireland has so much talent in this scene it would be a shame not to highlight it, so we bring back a crew favourite for another of his "Reconstructed" DJ Sets. Back in June, our artist put together an amazing reconstruction of Sasha & Digweed's NE3, this time he sets the sights on the amazing "Back To Mine" series. Filling the mix with emphatic reworks, remixes and unheard versions of those classic tracks, please make some noise for GERZINIO!

Hailing from the North West UK, Ger Zinio has been a staple in the electronic music scene since 1992. Inspired by the high-energy mixing of icons like Carl Cox and Jeremy Healy, Ger began his journey in the early rave and house scenes. By the mid-90s, his style had shifted to darker, more progressive sounds, shaped by influences such as Nick Warren, Anthony Pappa, Sasha, and John Digweed.

In 1999, Ger relocated to Dublin, Ireland, diving into a vibrant club scene. He became a fixture at renowned venues, including the iconic Temple Theatre, Ormonde Dublin, and the GPO in Galway. His presence earned him weekly and monthly residencies on prominent platforms such as Radio4by4 and Progressive Heaven, where he shared his evolving sound with dedicated listeners.

Today, Ger’s mixes are celebrated across the global progressive house community, with recent features on the Progressive House Classics blog. His popular podcast, Purple Haze Sessions, airs regularly on a lineup of respected internet radio stations, including Subcode, Super Progressive, KDK DJ's, Progressive House UK, Sonar Bliss Radio Belfast, RTE PULSE's Back 2 Basics, Mixpub Radio, Inferno Radio, Chicago Youth Radio, So What! Radio, ODH Radio, and Report2Dancefloor. Known for curating deep, dark progressive house, techno, and nostalgic old-school vibes, Ger Zinio continues to captivate audiences worldwide, staying true to the roots of classic progressive sounds while pushing forward with fresh, emotive vibes.

Dia duit gach duine!! Yes, greetings from Dublin and welcome, to our infamous weekly podcast. Our globetrotting series that discovers the most exclusive dj mixes from all corners, is fast approaching its 300 episode, and boy have we got some crackers lined up for you!

First off, the jet is parked this week as we keep our focus on Irelands capital. Dublin has always been a source of talented DJs and artists and musicians, wether it be the electronic scene or otherwise. We have highlighted most of them in the past, but there are always more out there! Here to introduce himself to wider audience, make some noise for Sean Woodhouse!

Born and raised in Dublin Sean got his first taste of Djing when he moved to Nottingham when he was just 17, playing in bars across the city.

After returning home  to Dublin in 2000, Sean quickly settled into the music scene across the city, playing guest slots on Kiss FM and securing his own show on Play FM. He then locked in a Sunday Night residency at the infamous Store Street's basement club, Isaac Butts.

At his peak, Sean had found his way onto the roster of such iconic Dublin club nights as The POD, Mezz and The Switch.

After taking time away form the scene to raise a family, Sean returned in 2020 and started to get back into the scene, DJ'ing online and for guest mixes too.

Seans's style is to prefer the darker and deeper side of Progressive House and Techno, slowly building sets to a crescendo of dark bass and high hats. He counts his influences as Dublin favourites like Francois and Billy Scurry, with international influences like Sasha, John Digweed and Dubfire amongst his go-to's.
