This was recorded in 2017 two nights before a performance at Digital Notation. this set is full of live remixing in the form of hot cuing It is incomplete and was never planned to be released this was my first run through on what would later be the set I played at Digital Notation unfortunately I forgot to record the live performance as I was super nervous. so there's several mistakes made during this mix I actually backtrack just to make sure I get the transition right as a study guide for myself but also I wanted to see how much material I'd come up with. This was at the height of my addiction with amphetamines.  Recorded on day three of a bender I'd always planned to circle back and record a quality mistake-free mix with this material well obviously I didn't. And I don't plan to however recently I was looking over my SoundCloud insights and seeing how select few handful of people have listened to my material so much felt like I kind of owed it to you guys. I've got four releases maybe five One of you all has listened 188 times.

Summer time Warm Up session

A Heavy dose of FUNK & HIP HOP. It should be noted I came home from work one day when I was staying in Chicago and a producer I really enjoyed it at the time had just released a new track and that inspired this whole mix I recorded it one take And I really didn't know how to mix at the time if you listen that's obvious but I had an ear and could kind of make some of it work so it's not unbearable however anybody with real skill can hear the parts that are a little off and they can also hear that I hadn't started using the sync button. I still love the setlist to this day if I were to play out I'd probably grab a few of these tracks thanks for listening

Winter Time Cool Down FUNK Session

This is a mix I recorded in March. All mixing was done by yours truly(Andrew MacSauce Harris)1 shot start to finish live no recording cuts. Initially I didn't release it with intentions of starting from the top and re recording until I finally got everything perfect.  After hours and hours of practice and a million changes in track list.  I've become a little bored with some of the material. I think Scratching on turn tables is the dopest!  I got my first mixing controller when I was 13 (11 years ago) I had told my mom I wanted turn tables so I could scratch like Marshall goodman from sublime and Mr Hans from Linkin Park. She couldn't afford real vinyl setup so she got me a little Digital mixman 2 controller for mixing loops and ofcourse scratching. Over the years I had listened to a little bit of electronic music, but hip hop beats were really what I was into. Always thinking maybe I'll find a decent rapper someday and just spin beats for em. In 2012 I went to the most influential live set of music I've ever experienced. Pretty Lights @ Summer Camp music festival.  I've been spinning a variety of FUNK, Hip Hop, Glitch Hop ,and Electronica ever since.  My live sets have really progressed in the last year with a lot of effort put into Hot cue remixing. I still suck at scratching lol but I'm really happy it inspired me all those years ago. Thanks for listening.
