Squirrel! [Instrumental] (The "Tangents" Web Series Theme Song)

My 13-year-old daughter, Avery, and I spent a day with Jim Tigwell (JTigwell on SoundCloud)just messing around with instruments and having fun. Avery wrote most of the lyrics, picked the key (which we almost sang in!) and chord progression and Jim came up with some bass and harmonica. What you hear is pretty much a single take for each track (two vocals, guitar, bass, harmonica), but we were short on time. Still needs work (especially the 2nd verse) but as Jim says, "Perfect is the enemy of done." Very proud of my little girl for writing and recording her first song and letting us put it out into the world.
