I love Kim Gordon.  I think she's a creative powerhouse.  I use her name in this only out of respect.  This is about someone who is obviously dealing with addiction but sees his love interest as a saviour.  I thought of an interesting way to say 'hey if I had you I'd be a better person' (a message in so many pop songs) and what I came up with was 'if you'd be my kim gordon, I won't be thirsting more'.  I've changed the spelling of the title on purpose to obviously elude to the well known relationship situation between Thurston Moore and Kim Gordon but I don't want anyone to think that its a cheap shot at their expense.  All respect to them both and what happens in a relationship is not my business.
