Rusti Love was Tulsa's (Oklahoma) homegrown cross between Janis Joplin and Patsy Cline. She could wail like no other. Rusti left us for the great gig in the sky in 2009 after a long fight with cancer. I am putting these recordings out there for her fans to remember and love her. 

I believe this is a live recording of "Bullet Proof" a song off her "This Girl" album, that was recorded at local radio station KMOD in 2004ish.

This song was featued on Rusti's "This Girl" album that was released in the late 90's or early 2000s. Unlike the rock she was best known for, this album showcased her Martina Mcbride like vocals on a southernfried rocking number.

This is her album "This Girl." I believe the album was recorded sometime in the mid to late 90's or early 2000's. As I track down more info I will update it here.  I am sad to say I may not even have the tracks listed by their correct titles.
