Caspar Grant teams up with High Focus artist Kashmere for And What's fourth release!

Cas, the psychedelic satirist, is an MC, producer and multi instrumentalist born in Birmingham and forged in the fires of imagination. He has performed live up and down the country for many years, sharing stages with the likes of GZA, Akil of Jurassic 5, Akala, Anti-Pop Consortium and DJ Vadim.

Snake Oil is the story of one man attempting to find a sliver of meaningful truth in a world gone mad. As right wing demagogues, corrupt lawmakers and unprincipled media tycoons distort and manipulate the global narrative an ordinary citizen attempts to do right by his loved ones and positively contribute to society. Immersed in the backdrop of High Focus artist Kashmere’s pulsating, apocalyptic rhythms Caspar Grant does his best to make sense of wholly illogical circumstances.

This single will be followed up by an album in June.

We're truly wounded, we've just heard the news that UK Principal Roots has passed away on March 29th

A man who was notorious in the Reggae world and could rap as well as he could sing. Like a big brother he's supported our events numerous times over the years with performances and hosting, he was such a natural compere and a true man of the people. Without his support early on in our journey we don't know where we would be today.

He looked out for us as well as so many others like us. He set the example for us of how to treat your youngers and we're forever grateful.

Never take anyone for granted people.

Just like everyone else these days...

The Brixton MC by way of Florida follows up his debut Chances Oceans EP with this brash, unapologetic track, illustrating the mindset of the modern rapper in this new release on South London label, And What? LDN.

The single is backed by wobbly tripped out, synth heavy instrumental provided by Nantes producer & rapper, Ohno da French.

The unlikely pair release this on their collective’s label, And What? LDN. Their crew were responsible for hosting one of London’s most notorious monthly Hip Hop nights pre covid amongst numerous other events at top venues around the capital.

This track is accompanied by a tongue in cheek visual directed by their brother in arms, Temple Visual dropping on November 27th.

This single will be followed up by an EP from the pair in early 2021.
