Andy Gladding is a radio broadcast engineer, interviewer, DJ and music producer hailing from Brooklyn, NY. He has spoken with many of the top minds in the music business, designs and builds broadcast and production studios in the NYC metro area, is an educator of audio and radio production at Hofstra University and currently holds the title of Yacht Rock World Cup Champion (2022-2023). He is the Chief Engineer for Salem Media of NY, which operates WMCA and WNYM radio as well as the Chief Engineer for WRHU, Radio Hofstra University. When he is not in the studio, he's out on his boat "The Lil Mo," searching for sunshine and smooth grooves.
