Future Lions are a mysterious London based trio who have been busy creating new tunes in the former studio home of Madness. Citing their influences on names such as Kraftwerk, Massive Attack and Depeche Mode, they have forged a vintage electronic inspired sound with distinctive, powerful and soulful vocals courtesy of rising star, Adam Hourigan. Already well known on the scene as a performing singer / songwriter, Adam has reached the pinnacle of his vocal talents and effortlessly fuses his unique, heartfelt style with dynamic synth elements and solid club grooves.

As we bid farewell to 2023, I find myself reflecting on the journey, a path that has led me through the echoes of time and the corridors of my own thoughts. It's a strange space to inhabit, a mix of an echo and an ego, shaped and contoured by the passage of age and the weight of experiences.
In the quiet recesses of this introspection, however, there are moments that pierce through like rays of light into a cave. These moments take me back to the memories of the "day after" in David's house, where the resonance of my Juno 60 filled the air with simplicity and soul. It was a time of pure connection, an intimate dance with the deepest touch of music.
One particular memory stands out—a jamming session recorded at the dawn of '23. In this sonic exploration, the marriage of modern virtual synths and the familiar beats of renowned artists created a symphony of emotion and innovation. It was a tapestry woven with threads of nostalgia and threads of the future.
As I navigate through the currents of time, these moments become beacons, reminding me of the magic that resides in the fusion of the past and the present. They are a testament to the enduring power of music, a language that transcends the boundaries of age and thought.
So, here's to the echoes and the ego, to the cave and the light that breaks through. May the coming year bring more melodies, more memories, and more moments that resonate with the soul.

ABOUT
Having amassed a glowing catalogue of tracks to his name, UK DJ & Producer Andy Bury ABX has been responsible for creating many anthemic club moments spanning over two decades which continue to gain support from some of the worlds biggest DJs ranging from Tiësto through to Fatboy Slim. His DJ adventures have also seen him spin for some of the biggest clubs and parties throughout every corner of the globe.. supporting and playing alongside the likes of Eric Prydz, Above & Beyond and Armin Van Buuren to name a but a few.

Starting out on the pirate radio scene spinning House and Hip Hop, his recording career kicked off with the 90s club hit 'Storm' (Hooj Choons) - A fusion of House/Disco/Acid which shortly followed with a series of high profile remixes

By the early 2000s Andy went on to enjoy worldwide success as one half of legendary 'Solarstone' (with Rich Mowatt) after breaking the UK top 40 with the classic 'Seven Cities' along with a top 10 remix of Planet Perfecto 'Bullet In A Gun' and a gold-selling 'Euphoria' compilation album. During this time, Andy and Rich also worked under the Young Parisians alter-ego with debut single 'U Write The Rules' featuring on Tiësto's 1M-selling 'Nyana' album as well as gaining fame in Europe with a Smirnoff TV advert.

Following an artistic departure from the trance scene and Solarstone in 2007, Andy returned to his house-music roots and formed Starjackers (with Dom Bud) - scoring 2 download No.1s and one of Fatboy Slim's "tunes of the year" with the 'Geno' sampling track 'Something's Happening'.

Keeping his finger on the pulse, Andy continues to work behind the scenes with a variety of cutting edge labels and well-known artists, and has remixed for global superstars including Beyonce, Rihanna, Calvin Harris, Lady Gaga and Muse.

Future solo projects include a follow-up to the critically acclaimed 'Magic EP', a plethora of hot new tunes with producer Dan McKie. Plus more some stellar productions with Richie Kayvan (Vada, Dogzilla) and vocalist Hourigan as @FutureLions. It's all good!
